1: Jumbo and high quality processed glass

NorthGlass processed glass has become a made-in-China star product of NorthGlass. With high-end technology and professional research and development, NorthGlass dedicates in producing a variety of special glass, such as high-quality jumbo-size tempered glass, laminated glass, printed glass, etc.. For Glasstec 2018, NorthGlass will bring over 5 kinds of up-to-date processed glass samples: curved tempered laminated glass with super-long arc length, S-shanpe SGP laminated gravity bending glass, gravity bending glass – semicircle, gravity bending glass – waterwave and spherically curved glass. The curved tempered laminated glass with a super-long arc length of 8 m newly developed by NorthGlass will be for the first time presented on Glasstec TECHNOLOGY LIVE（hall：11，stand：B24-D24）.

2: NorthGlass tempering furnace creates new records

Up to now, NorthGlass tempering furnace has been sold to more than 100 countries and regions, with a total global sale of over 4400 sets, continuous tempering furnaces has been sold more than 200 sets worldwide. In the past years, NorthGlass achieved many size breakthroughs of tempered glass, developing and producing 8×4 m bent tempering furnace and 3.4×20 m flat tempering furnace in 2017. NorthGlass 3rd generation of A-series tempering furnace, furnished with “Intelligent Heating Control Module”, “5G Gapless Forced Convection technology” and “SuperFlat & Spotless technology”, can efficiently & stably temper almost all kinds of glass with minor optical distortion and slight iridescence. NorthGlass new generation of basic-series tempering furnace, which is Completely upgraded and reborn from NorthGlass' classic B-series furnace, furnished with recently developed “New Temperature Control System” and “Basic Gapless Forced Convection System“, can significantly improve the production efficiency and glass quality meanwhile reduce the energy consumption.

3: Intelligent system to set foot in automation field

In this exhibition, NorthGlass Automation Business Unit will demonstrate the future development prospects of automation line.  For this newly designed automation line, the one-stop service experienceof R&D, sales, production, engineering, after-sales and cloud data will beits core, covering glass storage system, cutting machine, automatic breaking machine, vertical buffer system, vertical seaming machine and washing machine, factory automatic information platform, etc.. It not only fully demonstrates the strong R&D and manufacturing ability of NorthGlass' entire industry chain, but also interprets the consistent philosophy of NorthGlass to supply the highest quality products and services.

4: New development for coating Line

Based on strong strength on research and manufacturing, NorthGlass Coating Business Unit has developed more than 20 lines around different industries on commercial production, including large-area coating line, coating line for auto glass as well as coating line for mirror.These lines can produce solar control, low-E, mirror glass, TCO coating, ITO coating, and solar absorbing coating film. The company offers C series and S series equipment based on customer's requirements. Also the company offers line upgrade services and sputtering devices as end blocks, cathode, magnet bar and maintenance.

5: Larger printing size of glass screen printing machine

NorthGlass and Juisun high-speed screen printing machine has successfully made jumbo-size glass as 3660 ×14000 mm for full page area, with automatic ink feeding flow control system. To meet with automotive glass printing requirements and characteristics, we developed new machine with positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm, film thickness tolerance of ± 1.5 um. Super speed for Windshield 1250 × 1800 mm printing by 9S/PC, skylite 1250 × 1600 mm by 6.5S/PC. Logo printing 900 × 1200 mm by 3.5S/PC and QC by optical sensor matrix scanning applied. NorthGlass and Juisun is the first printing machine supplier who introduces EHS safety ideal into mechanical design.

6: Complete upgrade of cutting-breaking-grinding-drilling automation Line

With years of development, NorthGlass cutting-breaking-grinding-drilling automation line has been widely applied to industries such as automotive glass,home appliance glass, touch sight glass, photovoltaic glass, etc.., owning the most market share of auto cutting-breaking-grinding-drilling line in China and being exported to more than 20 countries. According to customers' requirements, we develop high-efficiency automatic loading station with multi-work position for small and shaped glass, so as to improve processing efficiency. High speed cutting and breaking (AIO) with single work position is developed in order to increase cutting and breaking speed and reduce cost at the same time. Grinding and drilling quality and efficiency can be comparable to similar imported equipments. Auto sharpening device added for grinding wheel and drill allows to have higher production efficiency. Remote service card is added so that customers can have timely malfunction analysis and service from us.
